Welcome to Modern World History. Since we are going to spend a lot of time together in class, I thought it would be good to let you all know a little about myself. I am a graduate of Tulare Union High School in Tulare, Ca. While at TUHS, I played trumpet and was involved in clubs like class counsel and Interact Club. I also played football, basketball and track. In high school, I not only enjoyed history, but also many of the classes in sciences (my favorite being Physics). After graduating high school, I attended Fresno State for one year before transferring to Fresno Pacific University. There I ran track competing in the hurdles as well as multi-events like the Decathlon and Indoor Heptathlon. I double majored in History and Classics-Latin Emphasis but enjoyed my sociology and Psychology classes as well. I also received my teaching credential from FPU. When I am not in school, I enjoy doing Crossfit and archery. I am a Steelers/76ers/Braves/Manchester United/New Zealand All Blacks/Texas Longhorns fan. I enjoy traveling and have been all over the country and the world. I look forward to this school year. GO WILDCATS!
